WHO IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
This limited warranty applies to the original end-user or owner only. This warranty is non-transferable. Palazzani neither authorizes nor assures any person or entity to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with this product.
LENGTH OF WARRANTY
The product fixtures has a 7 year Limited-Life-Time warranty on Chrome finishes and 4 years limited warranty on Non- Chrome finishes from the date of purchase for the primarily purpose for personal, family or household use in the home in which the product is originally installed. If the product is use primarily for any other purposes, including, without limita- tion, a commercial purpose, this limited warranty extends to 1 year from the date of purchase.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
This limited warranty covers only your Palazzani manufactured product. Palazzani warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship as follows:
Palazzani will repair or replace, at no charge, during the applicable warranty period, any part that proves defective in ma- terial and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. If repair or replacement is not practical, Palazzani may choose to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. As provided under this limited war- rant is the exclusive remedy of the purchaser.
Conditions:
This guarantee shall only be valid if installation and maintenance have been duly conducted in accordance with the ope- rating instructions and generally accepted engineering practices have been complied with and the Palazzani products have been used in accordance with the technical and maintenance instructions given by Palazzani.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
Any labor charges incurred by the purchaser to repair, replace, install or remove this product are not covered by this war- ranty. Palazzani shall not be liable for any damage to the product resulting from reasonable wear and tear, misuse, abu- se, and neglect or improper or incorrectly performed installation, maintenance or repair, including failure to follow the ap- plicable care and cleaning instructions. Palazzani recommends using a professional plumber for all installation and repair. We also recommend that you use only genuine Palazzani replacement parts.
Conditions, damages or malfunctions not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
Conditions, damage or malfunctions resulting from (1) the use of cleaning products that are abrasive or caustic or “no- rinse” cleaning products (2) normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, alteration or improper maintenance (3) excessive water pressure or corrosion in the home or commercial space.
Expenses incurred by any labor and other expenses for the installation or dis-connecting or the cost of shipment and/or packaging of the product for warranty or replacement service.
LIMITATION OF SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
Palazzani shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages (including labor charges to replace- ment, repair, installation or removal of this product, inspection of this product), whether arising out of breach of any ex- press or implied warranty, breach of contract, tort, or otherwise. Palazzani shall not be liable for any damage to any plum- bing fixture resulting from reasonable wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect or improper or incorrectly performed installation, maintenance or repair, including failure to follow the applicable installation, care and cleaning instructions. The consumer also bears the costs of the spare parts and labor, if the customer has been informed of the non-applicability of the guarantee and/or limited-life-time warranty.
